Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Call Center Representative, where your energetic communication skills and passion for customer service will make a real difference! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products, services and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the Contact Center and throughout the company. Duties Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring each interaction is friendly and solution-oriented Provide accurate information about products, services, or appointments using clear communication skills Utilize computer systems to document customer inquiries, update records, and perform data entry tasks efficiently Assist customers with account management, billing questions, or technical issues by analyzing their needs and offering appropriate solutions Maintain excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to foster positive relationships with clients Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues quickly and effectively Follow established protocols to ensure compliance with medical terminology and confidentiality standards when applicable Qualifications Requires the ability to read, navigate and interpret emails, internet, websites, social media sites, good working knowledge of the Commercialware System, and ability to pay attention to detail. Must have excellent communication and documentation skills. Pay:
$15.00 per hour
