PT Float Member Service Representative

Company Overview ASECU is a local Credit Union servicing the Columbiana, Mahoning and Trumbull Counties in Ohio. Position Overview The Member Services Representative's highest priority is to serve members promptly in a professional and courteous manner, helping members process and complete various types of financial transactions. The Member Services Representative also shares information about other products/services we offer. This position will float between the Lordstown and Newton Falls office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ¨ Accepting share deposits and loan payments. ¨ Disbursing share withdrawals and cash advances on Visa Credit Cards. ¨ Accepting/Disbursing share certificate deposits and withdrawals. ¨ Learning credit union services and cross selling to members. ¨ Counting and balancing assigned cash drawer to computer totals. ¨ Selling official cashier checks ¨ Cashing/Accepting Select type U.S. Savings Bonds ¨ Answering telephone inquiries and routing calls. ¨ Processing financial transactions in a courteous and efficient manner.
