About the Role We're looking for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist who is friendly, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll be the first impression of the hospital, greeting clients, managing appointments, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. This is a high-impact role where attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask are essential. What You'll Do Client Experience Greet clients and patients with a warm, welcoming, and professional approach Check clients in and verify all appointment and patient information Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and properly documented Provide a positive and supportive experience for every client interaction Scheduling and Communication Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling, questions, and requests Manage appointment flow, including tracking no-shows and updating schedules Take and relay messages to doctors and team members Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and staff Administrative Support Maintain accurate client and patient records, including contact and medical information Prepare and organize daily paperwork and charts Process consent forms and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate Support front desk operations including opening and closing procedures Team and Hospital Support Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support hospital flow Assist in handling emergency situations calmly and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment Cross-train across front desk responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For Strong customer service experience Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help where needed Ability to remain calm and composed in urgent situations Schedule Full-time position 8-hour shifts Includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of rotation Compensation and Benefits Starting pay from $15/hour Shift differential opportunities available Health, dental, and vision benefits (eligible after 30 days) 401(k) options Paid time off and holiday pay Uniform allowance Employee pet care discounts What Makes You Successful Here You create a welcoming and positive first impression You stay organized and detail-focused You communicate clearly and professionally You bring a calm, solutions-focused approach to your work If you're looking for a role where you can make a meaningful impact through client experience while supporting a collaborative veterinary team, we'd love to connect.
