As an Entry Level Assistant, you'll work alongside a supportive team while developing valuable communication, customer service, and professional skills. Responsibilities for an Entry Level Assistant Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Help customers learn about Kinetic services and available features. Answer customer questions and provide helpful information about service options. Support customers through the account setup and enrollment process.
