ClearPath Solutions is actively hiring a motivated Wireless Customer Representative in Ohio to join our growing team supporting fiber internet and telecommunications services. This Wireless Customer Representative role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are looking to build a career in customer service. As a Wireless Customer Representative, you will engage directly with customers, educate them on fiber internet solutions, and support new customer enrollments. This is an opportunity where each Wireless Customer Representative plays a key role in driving growth. At ClearPath Solutions, we train every Wireless Customer Representative to succeed in customer communication and customer engagement through hands-on experience and mentorship. What You'll Do as a
Wireless Customer Representative:
Meet with local customers to present fiber internet solutions and support daily efforts as a Wireless Customer Representative Explain service options, pricing, and benefits clearly to support informed decisions Generate new customer enrollments through in-person outreach Meet and exceed weekly goals as a Wireless Customer Representative Represent ClearPath Solutions professionally while providing customer service Stay informed on competing services to improve effectiveness Build strong customer relationships to support retention and long-term growth What Makes a
Strong Wireless Customer Representative:
Strong communication skills and confidence in customer-facing environments Comfortable engaging with new people daily as a Wireless Customer Representative Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within Ohio Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus (not required)
