Client Services Representative (Full-Time) Veterinary Front Desk

8-10 hour shifts; Monday-Friday with rotating weekends and holidays

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our front desk team, you'll support smooth daily operations while ensuring clients and their pets feel valued from the moment they walk through our doors.

Core Responsibilities:

Welcome clients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls professionally Schedule appointments, boarding, grooming, and daycare services Accurately process payments and daily deposits Maintain and update client and patient records in our veterinary software (Cornerstone) Keep lobby and retail areas clean, stocked, and client-ready Educate clients on preventative care, services, and recommended treatments Promote in-hospital services and products with confidence and enthusiasm Support team members with various clerical and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in a receptionist, customer service, or veterinary front desk role Excellent communication and multitasking skills Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Friendly, team-focused attitude with a passion for animals Comfort discussing services like vaccines, surgeries, flea/tick prevention, etc. Familiarity with veterinary software (Cornerstone a plus) Why Join Us?
