B2B Customer Representative Responsibilities Engage with customers directly in a professional and friendly manner. Represent our clients and provide accurate product and service information. Assist customers in selecting products and services that best meet their needs. Maintain positive customer relationships and provide excellent customer service. Meet or exceed sales and customer acquisition goals. Work as part of a team to strategize and improve sales processes. B2B Customer Representative Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Up to 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality (preferred but not required). Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
