Stock and Maintain merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure products are attractive and accessible. Support store operations by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting. Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and supervisors. Assist in grocery store environments by managing checkout lines swiftly during busy periods. Experience Previous cashiering or retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems or cash handling procedures is advantageous. Supervising experience in retail or customer service roles is a plus, demonstrating leadership potential. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Experience in product demos or merchandising can help elevate the shopping experience for customers. Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are essential for success.
