Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the frontline representative for our company, delivering exceptional support and building strong relationships with clients. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will ensure every customer interaction is positive, productive, and memorable. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and solutions. Assist clients with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and processing transactions with enthusiasm. Engage in outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, gather feedback, or promote new offerings. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Support client services by resolving complaints efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, adhering to proper cash handling procedures. Dispatch of Service technicians to and from jobs. Requirements Previous call center experience or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills. Ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail. Bilingual capabilities are desirable for serving diverse client bases; familiarity with customer service best practices is essential. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
