Job Description

At Dr. Jo's Pet Wellness & Acupuncture , our clients trust us with family members—not just pets. As our Customer Service Representative (CSR) , you'll be the warm, welcoming first point of contact for both new and long-standing clients. Your voice, attitude, and attention to detail will help set the tone for every visit.

Schedule:
Part-time:
3 days per week Approximately 20-25 hours weekly Hours can vary based on appointment flowWhat You'll Do:
Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally Schedule appointments using cloud-based practice management software Check clients in and out with care and efficiency Prepare and count herbal supplements Maintain a clean, calming clinic environment Build trust and rapport with clients through thoughtful interactionsWhat We're Looking For:
A positive, friendly communicator who truly enjoys helping people Strong customer service experience (required) Self-starter with excellent attention to detail Comfortable multitasking in a client-facing role Veterinary experience is a plus, but not required References required While love for animals is important, this role is primarily client-focused . Your strength should be in communication, organization, and service.About Us:
