Job Description

Pohl Transportation, Inc. (Versailles, OH) is looking to fill the position of full time Customer Service Rep. The Ideal candidate should have a high degree of professionalism, excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate loads and schedules with drivers and customers Communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations Solve problems quickly and keep things on track Deliver exceptional customer service every step of the way Pre Planning of loads Work with brokers on getting loads at the best prices Work with drivers to make sure pickups and deliveries are made in a timely manner
What We're Looking For:
• Knowledge of FMCSA rules and regulations are a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Experience in dispatch and transportation preferred. Experience with TMS McLeod a major plus A team player who understands the importance of collaboration Position consists of Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
