Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage various customer interactions, both inbound and outbound. Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively. Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or promote services. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and data entry in the system. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently. Uphold company policies and procedures while providing top-notch customer service. Skills Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred. Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to upsell products when appropriate. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English/Bi-lingual is a plus. Proficient in data entry with a focus on accuracy. Ability to work effectively in an office setting and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Typing. Multitasking Requirements Must have an interest in getting licensed. Must have your own reliable transportation. Strong work ethic.
