Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to clients, handling inquiries, booking appointments, checking technician daily progress, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Google Sheets, and Google Docs and data entry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience in call center environments are highly valued. This position offers an engaging work environment where your interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities will make a meaningful impact. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Handle customer complaints with empathy and effective resolution strategies. Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients or promote new offerings. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems and data entry tools. Assist with processing transactions such as cash handling when necessary. Support client services by coordinating appointments, orders, or service requests. Utilize Google Sheets applications for documentation, reporting, and analysis purposes. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in customer support or call center roles preferred; internship experience is also valuable. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in Google Sheets (Word, Excel, ) and general computer skills. Ability to perform data entry accurately with good typing speed (minimum required). Experience with outbound calling and client engagement strategies preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer needs effectively. Strong analysis skills to assess customer issues and provide appropriate solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience in sales or client services is advantageous but not mandatory. Pay:
$15.00 - $28.00 per hour
