Job Description:
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include: Providing exceptional customer service consistent with core service standards and metrics Providing information to prospective customers, initiating new service and properly setting up customer accounts Dispatching technicians to scheduled appointments Adjusting errors and handling customer concerns Maintaining good customer relationships The main function is routing and scheduling. Catching up on previous messages and handling last-minute reschedules. Daily deposits and accounts payable (paying vendors). Data entry and entering customer contracts/service agreements (from HSIs/sales guys). Taking payments. Making outgoing collection calls (varies from 10-15 calls on busy days to 30-60 on slow days). Assisting with month-end close processes (with a checklist).
