Position Profile:
Standley Systems' Client Care Representative oversees all aspects of customer satisfaction. This position will include answering incoming calls and live chats and communicating directly with customers and Service Technicians regarding their service calls, supply orders, and general inquiries. This position will report to the Client Care Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming phone calls and live chats Provide basic information pertaining to contracts and AR Call to obtain and enter meter readings Process supply orders Log service calls Process online service calls Take and process credit card payments Proactively monitor service calls for all technicians regarding response time, travel time, and distance Communicate with Field Service Managers as needed to insure timely completion of all service calls Review all completed service calls for accuracy including parts, timeliness, travel, and labor Communicates with all 3rd party contractors on call scheduling and service call closings Log into Live Chat on Standleys.com
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed in the following are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Computer Skills/Education:
One-year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft office and be willing to learn industry related software.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screens. Standley Systems has federal contracts that require compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, therefore medical marijuana license-holders who test positive for marijuana will not be qualified for the position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work Light to moderate lifting required Regular, predictable attendance required
