Their primary role is to understand customer needs, communicate those needs to technicians, and ensure a smooth repair process while maintaining customer satisfaction. They are responsible for greeting customers, assessing vehicle issues, providing cost estimates, scheduling appointments, and keeping customers informed about their vehicle's progress. Customer Interaction:

Greeting customers and understanding their service needs. Listening to customer complaints and documenting service requests. Explaining vehicle issues and recommended repairs clearly to customers. Providing cost estimates for services and obtaining customer approval. Maintaining communication with customers throughout the repair process. Addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints.

Technical Coordination:

Communicating customer needs and concerns to service technicians. Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs. Ensuring that the correct parts are ordered for repairs.

Administrative Tasks:

Scheduling service appointments and managing the service schedule. Preparing and managing work orders, invoices, and billing details. Maintaining accurate records of service history and recommendations.

Sales and Upselling:

Recommending additional services or products based on vehicle needs. Upselling services and products when appropriate.

Customer Satisfaction:

Ensuring customer satisfaction with the service provided. Following up with customers after service completion. Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
