Electronic Services Representative

We are looking for an Electronic Services Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for administering the operational aspects of the credit union's plastic card program, electronic payments program, CUSC shared service centers, the internet branch and website. In addition, responsibilities include providing data processing back up.

Responsibilities:

Provide member service on all card related inquires and transactions Provide member service on all electronic payment inquires and transactions Performs OFAC for all incoming and outgoing wires. Process all card and electronic payment transactions within the time required and with minimal errors Assists members with VISA Gift Card purchases. To ensure all sales and service performance expectations are met. Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input, and answering the telephone. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

One to three years of experience in plastic cards and electronics payments High school education or GED Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient attention to detail Demonstrate resourcefulness and ability to take initiative in development and completion of projects Demonstrates courtesy, tact and diplomacy Proficient computer, 10 key and typing skills Must maintain a high level of confidentiality To apply, candidate must complete application at https://bit.ly/3vQ5NP9 and submit resume.
