Shifts needed:
Day Shift:
9AM- 3PM Alternating Saturdays 10AM-4
PM Evening Shift:
1PM- 7PM Alternating Saturdays 10AM-4PM We are open Monday through Saturdays. Responsibilities
- Accept inbound calls to assist customers with their wireless phone service.
- Assist customers making payments
- Sell new wireless devices
- Device Troubleshooting
- General customer service
- Compliance order review
Skills Required:
- Excellent oral communication
- Customer Service Experience required
- Basic knowledge of cell phones
- Ability to problem solve and think independently
- Basic computer and telephone skills
