In this role, you'll be at the center of the client experience, supporting new business, managing renewals, and ensuring our clients feel valued every step of the way. You'll work closely with producers and clients to deliver accurate quotes, maintain strong relationships, and identify opportunities to improve coverage and retention. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where organization, responsiveness, and a client-first mindset are key. What You'll Do Support new business by preparing quotes, gathering client information, and assisting producers in closing opportunities Manage the renewal process end-to-end, ensuring policies are reviewed, re-quoted, and retained Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-ups Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to better serve client needs Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the agency management system Handle daily service requests including policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims support Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver a high-quality client experience What We're Looking For Previous Customer Service Representative experience in an insurance agency is required Strong communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Pay:
