Job Description

The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a veterinary clinic and pet resort's front desk, while meeting a high standard of professionalism in client support. CSRs are the first point of client contact who take ownership of their wok product while valuing client satisfaction. CSRs are responsible for maintaining client/patient records, scheduling for all departments, payment processing and minor billing in multiple software programs. CSRs communicate with clients both in-person and through various media ( e.g. phone, text, email etc. ), while promoting an environment of positiveness and teamwork. Duties and Responsibilities Customer service functions, including but not limited to greeting visitors, answering telephones, and communicating with various departments directing client traffic flow. Scheduling and confirming medical appointments and lodging reservations. Utilize multiple computer software programs. Communicate with clients via phone, text, email and in-person. Place outbound calls, texts and emails for scheduling medical appointments, and prospective clients. Presenting and explaining fees. Processing payments within multiple software programs and third-party companies. Manage medical record correspondences, and callbacks, while documenting all interactions in the patient's chart and/or client accounts. Manage pet Lodging and Spa client accounts. Ensure Lodging and Spa pets are current on required vaccines and health preventions. Performs all end-of-day reporting functions. Ensure that the facility is neat and always clean—both inside and outside. Participating in meetings and functions. Promote a positive culture and adhere to the company's Core Values. Required Skills and Experience Excellent computer skills. Highly energetic and motivated professional. Willingness to take initiative and work with little direction. Adaptable to change. Excellent interpersonal communication skills with strong customer/client focus is essential. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Ability to shift and manage multiple priorities. Result-driven focus and ability to work through tasks until their completion in a timely manner.
