Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, providing exceptional support, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, and have experience in call center environments or customer support roles. Responsibilities Cold calling new and existing clients Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Assist clients with product information, service details, and troubleshooting issues Conduct outbound calls to follow up with potential or existing customers to promote products and services Manage client accounts accurately through data entry and record keeping using Microsoft Office and other relevant software Maintain clear and courteous communication with customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions or products Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve overall service quality Experience Prior experience in call center environments, customer support, or sales roles is preferred Insurance and over the phone sales a plus Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally General computer skills for data entry and client management Experience with outbound calling campaigns and client engagement strategies is a plus Familiarity with call center operations, customer service best practices, and analysis skills for assessing customer needs is advantageous Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining professionalism This role is integral to delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting the growth of our business.
