Responsibilities Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information with enthusiasm and professionalism Assist clients with sales processes, including explaining features, upselling relevant products or services, and guiding them through transactions Manage customer accounts by accurately entering data into our systems using Microsoft Office tools and other software platforms Handle cash transactions and process payments securely with attention to detail and accuracy Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure every interaction is positive and productive Support outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, gather feedback, or promote new offerings Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service strategies, and enhance overall client satisfaction Skills Multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse customer bases effectively Bilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages enhances communication reach and service quality Strong customer support experience in call centers or client services environments is preferred Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for clear, empathetic interactions Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation tasks Experience with outbound calling, analysis skills for understanding customer needs, and call center experience are advantageous Knowledge of cash handling procedures combined with typing skills ensures efficient transaction processing Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism through phone etiquette and effective communication techniques This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to build their customer service expertise in a fast-paced environment.
