Job Description
Saturday availability required. Friendly and helping attitude, ability to explain the company policy to customers, computer skills, packaging, ability to move packages upto 48 lbs (with help of dolly or cart), efficient amazon returns processing, basic printing skills. Packaging techniques taught during training process - standard, fragile and custom packing skills. Graphic designing also taught when needed. Our main focus is customer service. Unpleasant encounters are not uncommon and the way we deal with it is important. We do not tolerate rudeness towards customers no matter what.
