Job Description

Customer Service Representative Mingo Aerospace LLC Owasso, OK 74055 Mingo Aerospace is a growing organization specializing in aviation component repairs. We are searching for a motivated individual to serve in the role of account manager.
Job Accountabilities:
Act as a liaison between the customer and various departments within the company, including production, shipping, purchasing, accounting, and engineering. Provide the customer with accurate turnaround time estimates (TAT) and follow through with any delays. Monitor on time delivery. Manage all aspects of part repairs from receiving discrepancies, quoting, processing approvals, closing out repairs, and invoicing. Prepare quotes with price and lead time and provide them to the customer in a timely manner. Follow up and process approvals. Maintain an open dialog to set customer expectations and stay in tune with the customers' future needs. Send weekly status reports. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Use database software to prepare reports and other documents. Quantum experience a plus.

Work Environment:
This job operates in an office environment and will routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers and filing cabinets.
