Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Service Writer to join our team at a reputable dealership. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive services and exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to determine their service needs
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workflow
- Communicate service recommendations to customers, including upselling additional services
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide accurate estimates for services and obtain customer approval
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history Skills
- Proficient in service writing and automotive sales
- Knowledge of oil changes, tire services, suspension, air brakes, and other automotive services
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is a plus
