Customer Service Representative

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00/hour (higher pay may be considered for candidates with experience working in an FAA Repair Station) We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Communicate with customers primarily through email regarding repairs, status updates, and general inquiries Provide basic inside sales support Prepare and send repair quotes Monitor and update job status information for customers Perform heavy data entry and maintain accurate records Utilize Microsoft Office programs to manage customer and job information Work closely with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service Qualifications Previous Customer Service Representative experience required Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Accurate and efficient data entry skills Stable work history with demonstrated longevity in previous positions Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team Work Environment This position is located at a desk on a climate-controlled shop floor. Candidates should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while performing office-based customer service duties.
