This is a great opportunity to grow your career with a respected Tulsa company! What You'll Do Manage inbound or outbound customer service calls related to billing. Handle business to business collections activities to ensure healthy receivables and minimize risk. Review and approve credit extensions and order approvals. Analyze customer credit requests and establish credit limits, order limits, and risk classifications. Assist with account updates, monitoring reports, and credit-related inquiries. Collaborate closely with internal teams and support special projects as needed. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field required Previous customer service experience preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow This role offers a strong blend of customer interaction, analytical work, and team collaboration-ideal for someone looking to build or grow a career in customer service, credit or financial services.
Pay Details:
