1st Shift Monday-Friday Job Summary Provide support to customers regarding their reservation (pre, during and post reservation) . The role focuses on resolving customer concerns, explaining terms and policies, and negotiating solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional customer service and take ownership of customer interactions. Resolve inquiries and complaints by identifying issues and providing effective solutions. Communicate terms, policies, and program information clearly. Accurately document customer interactions in company systems. Meet performance targets such as customer satisfaction and quality standards. Assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned. Requirements Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment Customer service or contact center experience preferred.
