Job Description

PRO ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEPTIONIST
: See the attached job description for education and experience requirements. The Professional Resource Outreach (PRO) Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Receptionist provides comprehensive clerical and customer support for MATC short-term adult programs and PRO services. This role serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to service excellence. The position exercises problem-solving authority, maintains strict confidentiality of student, school, and partner business information.
