Job Description
Customer Service Representative Weatherford, OK Onsite Position 122 N. Broadway, Weatherford 73096 HOURS Full Time M-F 8:15-5:00 POSITION SUMMARY Ideal candidate is seeking long term employment with room for advancement, is committed to excellent customer service while complying with policy and procedure and has an outstanding personality. Ideal candidate likes working with customers to help recommend products and services that meet their needs and are driven by results and enjoy selling.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Greet customers and facilitate a welcoming and customer focused environment Build and maintain relationships with customers to help identify financial products and services that meet their personal needs Open accounts, including but not limited to, savings, checking, business, CD/IRA accounts Efficiently process customer requests, including but not limited to, account maintenance, check orders, stop payments, ATM/Check Card disputes, balance inquiries, balance transfers, etc Responsible for maintaining legal documents Promote BancFirst services through cross selling banking products to new and existing clientele Perform monthly sales reporting Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. High School Graduate/GED Strong customer service skills Ability to generate referrals including making on site visits with local businesses Ability to work effectively as a team member and with customers Strong work ethic and high integrity Knowledge of policies and procedures as well as federal guidelines Ability to acquire an understanding of BancFirst products and services Proficient in computer usage, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Friendly, outgoing, confident, assertive and enthusiastic personality and must work well with others Participate in community efforts sponsored by BancFirst Critical thinking skills Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks Professional appearance and demeanor always Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrate good attendance and punctuality Takes ownership of professional growth and welcomes coaching to optimize resultsPREFERRED SKILLS
Successful sales record in a retail banking environment; with knowledge of bank products and services Previous banking experience and/or customer service experience in related field preferred Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Accountable for results and eager to learn from setbacks to produce better outcomesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday Long periods of typing and repetitive motion Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10-25 pounds Hometown service, statewide strength.
