Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their unit concerns and service needs Write detailed service orders and estimates, clearly outlining recommended repairs and maintenance tasks Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of services such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, alignments, suspension work, and more Upsell additional services or repairs by explaining benefits and value to customers while maintaining transparency Maintain thorough records of all service activities, estimates, and customer interactions Assist in vehicle diagnostics by understanding basic mechanical issues and communicating findings effectively to customers Skills Proven dealership experience background with a strong understanding of diagnostics and repair procedures Mechanical knowledge-wiring, troubleshooting Experience in service writing to generate accurate quotes and invoices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Ability to upsell services confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction Familiarity with repair processes This role is perfect for individuals passionate about powersports who thrive on delivering exceptional service. your mechanical knowledge combined with excellent communication skills will make you an invaluable part of our team.
