Monday-Thursday:

9:00 AM - 6

PM Friday:

9:00 AM - 5

PM Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to schedule appointments for a well-known home improvement company serving the Pacific Northwest This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you haven't worked in a call center before, that's okay — we're happy to train the right candidate!

Pay Details:

Starting pay: $18.00/hour Performance evaluation after the first 30 days Opportunity for a pay increase based on performance Weekly pay + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service Schedule and confirm appointments with homeowners Accurately record call details and appointment information Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone Work closely with the scheduling team and management to maintain a smooth workflow
