Job Description

Portal Adventures is seeking fun, reliable, and customer-focused Team Members to help create engaging and immersive escape room experiences for every guest. Team Members are responsible for hosting guests, monitoring adventures, resetting rooms, assisting with events, and maintaining an enjoyable, safe, and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests as they walk in; Explain rules, safety procedures, and waivers; Monitor escape rooms and provide hints when needed; Reset escape rooms quickly and accurately; Act in one of the escape rooms; Process payments; Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility; Assist with team builders, parties, and special events; and Troubleshoot minor gameplay or technical issues.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills; Quick learner with strong attention to detail; Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability required; Weekday availability preferred but not required; Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented; and Hospitality, theater, retail, or escape room experience encouraged but not required.
