Job Description
Alpha Environmental is a leader in the environmental consulting and remediation. We are a full service environmental consulting and remediation company for both commercial and residential properties. Our goal is to get the job done while protecting our client. We are growing rapidly and looking for professional technicians to join our team. We have been in business since 2000 and offer reliable work with the chance to grow within the company for the right individual. Busy office seeking friendly, organized, fast learner for full time Customer Care Specialist position. Hourly wage commensurate to experience, insurance and benefits. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering incoming calls Schedule appointments Direct and/or respond to inquiries Take accurate messages, and distribute them Greet clients & staff, to a welcoming environment Invoice clients & collect payments Assist managers and staff as needed Retrieve faxes off fax machine and distribute accordingly. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
