Ideal candidates will be passionate about the customer experience, detail oriented, have strong organizational skills, and possess an attention to detail.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Greets guest in a timely, friendly manner as soon as they arrive Sets appointments and manages calendar of appointments Documents the customers concern, the technician's cause, and the correction of the issue on each repair order Acts as the liaison between the guest and the technician Verifies open warranty recalls Provides a complete and accurate estimate of repairs to the guest Establishes a communication time frame with the guest, and follows up in that time frame Checks on the repair progress of all open repair orders and works with the parts department and technicians to update the guest's expectations accordingly Obtains additional authorizations for work from the guest when needed Completes the transaction with the guest by explaining all work performed, collecting needed signatures and processing payment for work performed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Fantastic written and verbal communication skills Thorough understanding of the services offered for vehicle repairs Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Current Valid Driver's License Acceptable driving record Ability to pass a background check Understanding of mathematics to calculate costs and discounts correctly. Must be able to type proficiently on a keyboard
