We pride ourselves on quality work, fast response times, and taking exceptional care of our customers from the first phone call to the final inspection. We're looking for a sharp, organized, customer-focused CSR/Dispatcher to be the voice and the engine of our service department. The Role This is the heartbeat of our operation. As our CSR/Dispatcher, you're the first person our customers talk to and the one who keeps our technicians moving efficiently throughout the day. You'll book calls, manage the dispatch board, coordinate permitting, and make sure every customer feels taken care of. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls and convert them into booked appointments with a warm, professional, customer-first approach Manage the dispatch board in ServiceTitan — assign and route technicians efficiently based on location, skill set, and priority Coordinate permitting — pull, submit, and track electrical permits with local jurisdictions and stay on top of inspection scheduling Keep customers informed — confirm appointments, provide arrival windows, follow up after service, and handle scheduling changes smoothly Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan — customer notes, job details, history, and documentation Communicate with the field team in real time to keep the day running on schedule and solve problems as they come up Support the office with administrative tasks, follow-ups, and keeping the workflow tight from booking to completion What We're Looking For Strong ServiceTitan experience is the top priority — you should be comfortable booking calls, managing the dispatch board, and navigating the platform with confidence Experience in a CSR, dispatch, or scheduling role, ideally in the trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) Familiarity with electrical permitting and working with local Oregon jurisdictions a strong plus (or the ability to learn it quickly) Excellent phone presence — friendly, clear, and genuinely good with people Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball Calm under pressure and quick on your feet when the schedule shifts Dependable, detail-oriented, and a true team player Why DT Electric Competitive pay: $20-$35/hour depending on experience Health benefits Paid time off A supportive, team-oriented environment where your work directly impacts the company's success Room to grow with a company that's expanding
