ASAP Looking for a dynamic role that brings together security and customer care? Join a dedicated team as a Gate Keeper and Customer Service Representative in Dillard, OR and make an impact every day. As a Gate Keeper and Customer Service Representative, you'll maintain site security while delivering friendly, professional service to visitors, vendors, and team members. You'll work closely with operations staff to keep daily processes running smoothly, support shipments, and ensure a welcoming experience for everyone on-site. What You'll Do As a Gate Keeper and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: Checking in guests and vendors by scanning badges to verify authorized access Logging individuals who are not in the system for proper tracking Asking about visitors' purposes and guiding them accordingly Notifying the receiving supervisor upon shipment arrivals Coordinating with contractors and team members during material deliveries and pickups, while monitoring on-site activity to support security What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Why Join Us in Dillard?
