Our busy women's health clinic is searching for a Call Center Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping patients, and can keep their cool when the phones are ringing, messages are flowing, and schedules are changing. Role:
This is a full-time opportunity working on-site at our 10 Coburg location in Eugene, OR. The position has an expectation of 40hrs per week (Monday - Friday), and we are proud to offer a great benefits package. Our Call Center Representative recruiting pay range is $17.96 - $21.64.
What will you do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Assist new and established patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments. Assist patients with portal access. Accurately record patient information, inquiries, and call details into the system. Liaise between patients and healthcare providers to ensure efficient service delivery. Follow up on pending patient requests and ensure timely resolution.

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required and one year of call center experience in a professional environment preferred.
