Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service Associate Pear Bloom Farm - Hood River, Oregon Pear Bloom Farm is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and dependable Customer Service Associate to help create an exceptional guest experience during our U-Pick and farmstand season. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide information about farm activities, U-Pick offerings, and events Check guests in and collect admission fees Process purchases using the Square POS system Assist customers in the farm boutique and answer questions about products Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment Restock merchandise and support daily farmstand operations Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable handling transactions and using technology Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to engage with guests Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors when needed Must be able to lift 30lbs Weekend availability required A love of flowers is a HUGE plus
