Job Description
Lee's Automotive has an opening for an experienced service advisor to join our team. The service advisor at Lee's Automotive is the face of our business and must reflect our company values of providing quality service at an honest price. This person will work with customers from their first call to schedule an appointment or get an estimate, through keeping them apprised of the service timeline, to thoroughly explaining the work performed and collecting payment upon completion of the job. During this time you will work with the technician to assign the job, order necessary parts, obtain authorization and ensure the repair order is accurate. Necessary attributes include intuitive problem solving skills and polite and professional in-person, telephone and email communication. A professional appearance is a must in this customer-facing position. Organization is essential to ensure a smooth flowing schedule. Promptness and dependability are extremely important. A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required. Compensation will be determined based on experience and is hourly plus commission.
