Ranges $16.47 an up, depending on experience
Shift Differentials:
$1.16 extra for working between 3:00pm
00 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am $0.99 extra for working weekends Position Summary The Customer Service Representative is the primary link between the customer and the Guest Services Department in the delivery of prompt, efficient, customer-focused service. This person actively demonstrates personal daily involvement, visibility, open-mindedness, maturity, professionalism, and a sense of urgency in dealing with both external and internal customers. The Customer Service Rep must be able to identify customer needs, manage multiple interruptions, prioritize requests, and route them to the appropriate personnel within established time frames, as well as have the ability to communicate the mission of Guest Services to customers and be knowledgeable of the processes, products, and resources managed through Guest Services. This role requires performing clerical duties and providing administrative assistance to the Director, Regional Managers, Zone Managers, or other members of the Guest Services leadership team. This may include, but is not limited to, maintaining records; developing and maintaining MSDS records; weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual reports; minute taking; coordinating training and meeting sessions; scheduling rooms; arranging catering; and maintaining training documentation. Also performs and coordinates a variety of duties related to, but not limited to, answering telephones, scheduling, dispatch, data entry, mail distribution, PBX functions (future), 2-way radio and/or pager (future), and demonstrates proper use of job-related office equipment and supplies. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate as needed for the position is required. Minimum 2 years of previous customer service or related on-the-job experience, such as secretarial/clerical experience in a fast-paced, professional environment, is required.
