License Requirements Oregon P&C Insurance License (required) Washington Non-Resident P&C Insurance License (required) Required skills: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (required). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer proficiency with CRM/insurance platforms. Customer service and problem-solving mindset. Ability to handle billing inquiries, process payments, and resolve disputes. Comfortable with cross-selling and identifying coverage gaps.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Policy Management Answer inbound calls and emails with a positive, professional attitude. Assist clients with policy changes, coverage questions, and endorsements. Complete new customer onboarding and policy reviews. Maintain accurate customer records in eAgent and other systems. Ensure all service requests are completed on the same day, when possible. Billing & Payments Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and troubleshoot payment issues. Enroll customers in automatic payment options to improve retention. Proactively follow up on past-due accounts and assist with billing discrepancies. Sales Support & Customer Retention Resolve renewal inspection concerns. Identify cross-sell opportunities (e.g., Home, Auto, Umbrella, Life) and transfer 2-3 leads per day to the sales team. Support retention efforts by conducting coverage/protection reviews. Encourage telematics enrollments and follow up as needed. Resolve Undisclosed Driver reports. Manage agency Win Back process. Team Collaboration & Communication Monitor and respond to Hearsay Relate (text messaging) inquiries. Assist with agency-wide emails, task assignments, and follow-ups. Participate in team training, CE courses, and Allstate updates. Complete quarterly touchpoint reviews to track progress and growth.
