Job Description

As a Customer Service & Front Desk Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Customer Service & Front Desk Assistant, you should have a warm and friendly personality, as this is also a customer service role. You will aid our customer service lead with processing orders received via phone, email, and internet. Maintain detailed records in our CRM system, help collect payment to ensure orders ship in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Efficient with multi-phone lines, copier/scanner/printers Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Front office organization including ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) Familiar with product information, website and catalog updates. Processing of Phone and Online Orders. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, updating records, photocopying, and faxing. Sales support such as providing product information and recommending products.

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Comfortable seeking out information and working independently Organized and detail-oriented Able to prioritize workload and multi-task Intermediate computer skills in MS Office required Friendly and professional Strong verbal and written communication skills EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Reception and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to read and write English. Ability to speak effectively with customers and all levels of management and staff
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Must be able to solve simple math problems.
REASONING ABILITY
Critical thinking and Problem Solving Time management. Conflict resolution.

None Required.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Able to adapt and respond to additional tasks as needed. Be open to covering for Lead when unavailable or out of office. Depending on activities performed, it may be required to understand and comply with additional Oregon Aero Quality Management System Procedures, Work Instructions, etc.
