Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Springfield, OR for a Field Service Representative. The Field Service Representative will be responsible for performing regular water quality testing, operating and maintaining treatment equipment, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and delivering customized service solutions. The role also includes maintaining strong customer relationships, providing technical recommendations, and documenting activities to ensure safety and compliance with operational standards. Qualifications Technical skills in water treatment processes, system operation, and troubleshooting equipment Experience with analyzing water quality, performing tests, and interpreting results Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to repair or maintain equipment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers professionally Proficiency in using digital tools and maintaining accurate records Ability to work independently in an on-site field environment High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or degree in a related field is a plus Experience in industrial water treatment or field service preferred Valid driver's license and ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
