Full Job Description Customer Service Representative Location:

Base Salary:
$45,000 - $60,000/year About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to resource for our industrial customers—processing orders, quoting prices, and collaborating with our outside sales team to deliver top-tier MROP product solutions. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, stock availability, and shipping. Process phone orders, quote prices, and input sales data accurately. Fill orders to exact customer specifications. Source products and provide direct support to the outside sales team. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Prior inside sales/customer service experience required (3+ years in metalworking or industrial supply is highly preferred). Strong data entry, organization, and multi-tasking skills. Experience with Profit 21 is a plus. Regular in-person attendance is required.
Work Environment Schedule:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Setting:
