Job Overview We're hiring Retail Sales Representatives to showcase AT&T's newest devices and services. You'll serve as a trusted guide for customers, helping them make confident choices, demonstrating technology, and ensuring every shopper leaves with a positive experience. Key Responsibilities Connect with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right AT&T wireless or entertainment solutions. Keep up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions. Accurately process purchases, answer account questions, and provide quick resolutions to customer issues. Consistently meet or surpass individual and store performance targets. Take part in training sessions to sharpen skills and stay informed on industry changes. Represent both AT&T and Mount Vision Inc with professionalism and respect at all times. What We're Looking For Background in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required. Strong people skills and the ability to communicate clearly. Driven, competitive, and goal-oriented personality. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts. Must be 18 years of age or older.
