Call Center Representative Bethlehem, PA 19 May 2026 22578571 Summary Bethlehem, PA In-Person $18.00 - $18.00 per Hour 1 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Temporary/Seasonal Description Overview Spherion Staffing is seeking dedicated and experienced Call Center Representatives for a well known client of ours in Allentown, PA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all callers. This company is a waste management company and you will be taking calls from clients and customers from Virginia. Duties Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns for a Waste Management company. Provide accurate information regarding products and services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions through data entry in our computerized system. Utilize medical terminology when assisting customers in a medical office setting. Maintain phone etiquette to ensure clear communication with customers. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. Follow up with customers as needed to ensure resolution of their concerns. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. Skills Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal communication abilities in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a medical office environment, is highly desirable. Familiarity with medical terminology to assist customers effectively. Proficient phone etiquette to create a positive impression during calls. Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions.
