Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a local and growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience across every interaction. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in personResolve customer concerns efficiently and professionallyMaintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or other systemsProcess orders, returns, account updates, and service requestsEscalate complex issues to the appropriate department when neededProvide product, service, and policy information to customersFollow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfactionCollaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer outcomes
