Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers to educate and review insurance policies Document customer interactions accurately in the system Navigate dual-screen systems efficiently while assisting customers Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience Strong inbound/outbound calling experience Prior collections, sales, or cold-calling experience preferred Accident & Health License preferred (or willingness to obtain one through company-sponsored training) Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ready to Get Started?
