  • Full-time About the Opportunity (Customer Service Rep-Health Insurance) Are you looking to break into one of the fastest-growing industries in the country?
The health insurance industry is expanding rapidly, driven by an aging population and increasing demand for Medicare guidance. We are hiring motivated individuals — no prior insurance experience or license required — to join our call center team supporting regional and national health plans during Medicare's Annual Open Enrollment Period. This role offers you the ability to earn a competitive base pay plus strong commissions in a great culture. This is more than a seasonal job. We're a company with deep, long-standing relationships across the healthcare industry, and we hire with the goal of building long-term careers. Top performers from open enrollment routinely move into year-round roles supporting Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, ACA marketplace, and group health products. Why This Role Stands Out (Customer Service Rep-Health Insurance) We pay for your license. We pay you for a full day of dedicated study time before your exam. You walk in unlicensed and walk out with a state-issued health insurance license — at no cost to you — and a job waiting on the other side of it if you put in the effort and pass! What You'll Do As a Health Insurance Agent in our call center, you will be the trusted voice helping Medicare-eligible consumers understand their plan options and enroll in coverage that fits their needs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
Engage with consumers — Handle inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls to Medicare-eligible individuals interested in plan information. Educate and advise — Explain Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plan (Part D), and ancillary product options in clear, easy-to-understand language. Conduct needs analysis — Ask discovery questions to understand each consumer's healthcare needs, budget, preferred providers, and prescription drug requirements. Present plan options — Match consumers with appropriate health plans from regional and national carriers we represent. Process enrollments — Walk consumers through the enrollment application accurately and compliantly using carrier and CMS-approved scripts. Maintain compliance — Adhere strictly to Medicare Marketing Guidelines, CMS regulations, and carrier-specific compliance requirements. Document interactions — Accurately record consumer interactions, plan presentations, and enrollment activity in our CRM system. Hit performance targets — Meet productivity, quality, and conversion goals set by team leadership. Continuous learning — Stay current on plan changes, carrier updates, and regulatory changes through ongoing training. Compensation and Benefits ( Customer Service Rep
